Sound, streaming and recording

1. Make sure the mixer has sound.
2. Bender should be listening to the mixer, have bender do the streaming with darkice: darkice -c /etc/darkice/humla.conf (this config file pecifies where the stream can be picked up)
3. Recording the stream can be done from any networked machine. Not bender though (if this is where the stream comes from) because of cpu limitations. Record using streamripper http://icecast.freeteam.nl:80/humla. This records the sound to an mp3 file. Sweet!

Video

1. Video is played-back from shiny. A video cable goes from shiny to the projector, and (if you need it) from the projector to a screen.
2. Turn on the projector and playback any video on shiny.
3. Life becomes even more comfy when you remote control shiny from the bar machine (yagi) using VNC. Just double click the shortcut on the desktop of yagi.
